Alan S. Lee, CPA, Audit Partner

Alan obtained his degree of management in 1978 at the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He continued his study in accounting at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He has been licensed as a California Certified Public Accountant since 1989. He started his career working as an auditor in 1985. He worked with KPMG in joint venture on Santa Clara County audit, Etna Government Medicare Reimbursement Audit, and numerous non-profit organizations. In addition, he had involvement in other industries, such as high-tech, waste management and clothing manufacturing.

Thomas Tang, CPA, Partner – Consulting Services

Thomas graduated from the University of Washington and obtained his first CPA license from the State of Washington. He has been a licensed CPA since 1987 in the State of California. He is also a certified management accountant. Thomas started his career working as an auditor for a CPA firm in Vancouver, Washington. After he moved to California, he joined the tax department of a San Francisco CPA firm. Prior to establishing his own practice and joining Tang & Lee, LLP as a partner, he was a manager of a six-office regional accounting firm in the Bay Area. Thomas is a member of the AICPA, California Society of CPAs, Hong Kong Institute of CPAs, and Institute of Management Accountants.
